AFAIK, these parts were standard equipment on the following F100/250 Custom Cabs & Rangers. Also used on 1966/77 Bronco's.

C4TZ-13489-E Right & C4TZ-13489-F Left .. Rear Lamp Door (aka tail lamp bezel) / Reproduced

1964/66 F100/250 Styleside 2WD Custom Cab / 1965/66 F100/250 Styleside Ranger / 1966 F100 Styleside 4WD Custom Cab.

1966/77 Bronco.

Yes, if you look at the Deluxe Appearance Package it is Optional on Standard cabs and included with Custom Cabs.

It does not call out the tail lamp bezel, presumably because it wasn't always included depending on the style of the bed on the truck in question.

Another interesting thing to note is the tail lamp bezels were included if you ordered the optional Bright-metal Body Side Moldings, at least for 1966, which was only available on the newer style Styleside beds (as noted in your list above).

Also, if you ordered the "Deluxe Tu-Tone" then it came with the Body Side Moldings and the Tail Lamp Bezels. The "Regular Tu-Tone" wouldn't have the Body Side Moldings or Tail Lamp Bezels, excepting one of the other ways to get them.

Awesome, that is great information! I'm going to treat my '65 standard cab as though it had a Deluxe Appearance Package since I already have the windshield reveal molding, horn ring, and color accented door trim panels. Now I just have to find a grille and door trim moldings. Easy right? Ha! Thanks for the research and guidance fellas.
