Early 99 stalling out

Early 99 stalling out
Early 99 7.3 manual 6 speed. 224,000 miles. Truck starts great and runs great at idle. Starts out in gear just fine and seems to have plenty of power. It will act just like the key is turned off about a mile down the road. Will restart after extended cranking or letting it sit for 15 minutes or so. P1249, P0340, and P1280 codes pop up. Had a professional shop work on it and they changed out the CPS and IPC with factory parts. When i picked it up it had an SES light on but was running fairly well. When I looked under the hood the IPC had been cracked on the plastic part. Replaced it with another new one and it ran fine for 3 days, even pulling loaded hay trailer. Now when driving it, it cuts out for a second or two. It does that every couple miles until it stalls out completely. Restarts after 15 minutes and runs fine. Same codes are showing up. Please give me some ideas and guidance if you would. Thanks

This is likely the UVCH or 42# Pin Connector
P1249: Wastegate steadystate failure / Suggested Action: GND short, plugged hose/port, solenoid, actuator.
Do you gave the RED Line Plugged?
Cam PositionSensor Ckt Performance / Harness Routing, Charging Ckt, Sensor, IntermittentCkt, Improper Gap.
Try "wiggling" the harness from the CMP backwards in the harness lookingfor loose, chaffed, or the beginnings of a broken wire.
Listed Twice??????
Again, this is an indication of electrical issues. The CMP Circuit, UVCH, or 42# Pin
Did you pointthis out to the "professional"? I can tell you it would have never left my bay with the lamp on.
Statements like this happening give me a cringe. And, gives true professionals a bad reputation as a whole.

This isindicative of an electrical issue or IPR issue. From your explanation, I believe this would be more likely and electrical harness issue as described above withthe CMP, UVCH, or 42# Pin Connector.

Didn't list twice, just used bad grammar. Sorry. Red line is not plugged and holds vacuum with a tester. I picked up my truck from the shop on Friday at 5pm. When I went back Monday, they just gave me a blank stare and said it must have come that way from Ford. They are highly rated too. Anyway, I will look into your suggestions. Thanks for your time.

I had stalling issues, replaced camshaft position sensor, its not that hard to do and its only a $30 part. Piece of advice tho, videos online will tell you to take the timing belt off along with a bunch of other crap, just go at it from underneath. Much, much easier. It is a little tricky to get your arm positioned but I found it easier than messing with the other crap.
