Ignition Hot Wire
Going install a CB radio in my 2016 F-350 Lariat, 6.7. The truck does not have up fitter switches, so I will be looking for a wire that goes hot with the ignition. Any ideas. I would rather not go direct to the battery.

Cig. lighter & 12V power port both "alive" with the key off.

Use your power source going to the radio. It shuts off when the key is turned off, except for the delay relay when is still active.
