Another 6.0 head gasket question

So I have an 03 f250 with 150,000 miles on it. Factory hg's and no signs of any issues with them i.e. no puking, no power loss, no coolant loss. However, as you can see in the last picture below I have plumbed in a transducer for a pressure gauge into my coolant system. I get around a steady 20psi which isn't possible because the cap should vent at 16psi but no such thing happens. I have the transducer plumbed in not between the radiator and the degas bottle but the other return line that goes back over the engine. Could the location be the cause of the high pressure? Do you think the gauge is readding incorrectly? I'm gonna have to put a pressure box on it and see what it says but I won't have access for a couple weeks. Anyways help is always appreciated and the other 2 pics are just so you can see my setup lol. Oh also how long can i ride on a clogged oil cooler? Mine is blocked up but I don't overheat so I'd like to push it as long as it's safe to. Again thanks!

If it's 20 psi your cap is defective. It should vent at 16 psi. Start there first and make sure the coolant level is below the min. line. I personally would measure the pressure at the degas bottle return line.

Alright I'll start there though the cap is brand new. You think move the transducer though to the line to the radiator from the degas?

Actually it's from the radiator to the bottle.

Lol ok fair enough but you think that will lower my pressure? And also with it being 20psi that's head gaskets but even with the old cap (new ones only maybe a month old) never any symptoms.

Change your test point first. See if your still getting 20 psi. Start with the basics first. HG's with no puking is jumping to conclusions.

How do you know that your oil cooler is clogged? You say you don't over heat. Do you have oil in your coolant?

He didn't state what his ect/eot spread was but his pic shows that he has enough gauges to fly the space shuttle.

Nope oil and coolant are clean and free of eachother. It's clogged cause city I'm 15 degree delta maybe a bit more or a bit less but I drove an hour on the free way today and I was 30 degree delta but the truck stayed around 215-220 eot which isn't technically overheating I guess definitely hotter than usual but never got over 222 even if I gave her hell

I definitely don't wonder what things are doing. Definitely overkill but I like knowing. And city eot/ect delta is 15 give or take but highway is 30 eot 220 give or take a few degrees and ect 194 give or take never got above 222 eot but still too far apart

If you have a 30 degree spread driving on the highway for at least 20 miles, no hills, your oil cooler is at risk of rupturing. Get it changed or your costs will go up exponentially.
