So I need to take the pressure plate and flywheel to a shop and they will balance them.
Correct?

Since when? When building an engine, the rotating assembly (including flywheel) is all balanced - then you bolt whatever pressure plate to it that you want. The pressure plate doesn't need to be balanced.

To the OP, it won't hurt to replace the old flywheel and pressure plate bolts with ARP kits ...Summit and probably Jegs has them purpose built for your application. Then you can torque to spec with confidence.

Yes, typically an engine is balanced when it is built. However, if you change anything later down the road, such as the clutch and having the flywheel surfaced, then those components need to be rebalanced.

Again, you may not balance the pressure plate but you do balance the flywheel with the pressure plate installed and you also have to make sure to mark the orientation of the of the pressure plate on the flywheel so you can be sure to install it in the same orientation when the disc and transmission is installed.

This is something that is probably not an absolute necessity but it is a very good idea to make sure that anything you change is balanced the same as it was before.

I would suggest you contact your PP/flywheel supplier and simply ask them if it is neutral balanced or if it needs to be......
