99 F250 Super duty front hub

My front hub went in my 99 f250 and the parts store is saying that the hubs are different between early and late 99, is this true. I know that the front springs are but what about the hubs.Thanks in advance

Early hubs have a 10 mm thick flange. Late have 13 mm thick flange.
