Plastic intercooler tube.

As stated in another thread....my plastic intercooler tube has developed a hole from chaffing, does anyone have a Ford part number for this tube? I have tried google and aftermarket stuff is all I seem to get. Searching a Ford website requires that you be a trained technician just to navigate the parts catalog.

Actually, if you want a free plastic replacement you can have mine. I just replaced it with an aluminum one. You'd just have to pay shipping cost.

Thanks to all...I called White Bear Lake tonight and ordered the metal replacement and all four boots and 4 new clamps for $221.00 plus shipping. I especially appreciate the offer for the free plastic pipe but I won't be needing it now.

So help us understand this: the two other boots are $100? The RiffRaff link Bryan had was the metal tube and 2 of the boots for a whole lot less...

Just looking for education here, not criticizing at all...

Saved for future reference. Whenever i have to pry the plastic one off with a crow bar, i'm flinching waiting for the crack noise.
That's the best deal i've seen. Thanks!

The Riff Raff pipe INCLUDING boots is 179.00, I didn't bother look up the cost of Riff Raff boots for the hot side but I would be surprised if they were not at least $42.00 bucks so the price at White Bear Lake is about the same...............and I had already ordered from them when I answered the post. I'm not going to lay awake tonight worrying about the difference

Gotcha'! I thought they just included different boots at the lower price (Ford Black ones?).

Have fun at the Bluegrass festival!

You are correct, the base product is the ford tube with boots and clamps. We just give you the option of upgrading to our boots if you want. Either way it comes with the tube and the boots.

Just a follow-up and thanks to Bryan (sorry I can't rep you man); I don't "need" this, but why not put it on anyway...?

Comes with Black boots and SS clamps as it turns out. And thanks to you too Allan -- never would have been thinking of this if you hadn't brought it up
