Hello.

I have a 1997 4x4 F-150 supercab, 4.6L. The turn signals quit working recently after i had been troubleshooting another, unrelated issue (washer pump has never worked, decided to troubleshoot) that wires in much the same area.

I have replaced the flasher relay (cheapo from advance) and the symptoms were the same, Hazards work, but no turn signals. Have since returned to the original relay, but did notice the new one was for LED, even tho issues were the same.

I have replaced the MFS, since testing the connections did seem iffy for the turn signals, and i had determined that to be the culprit for the washer pump. Same issues. Hazards and no turn signals.

Checked all the fuses, and none seem to be blown or have any questionable connections.

I do not have a tilt steering wheel, but have verified the connection between the mfs and the connector under the steering wheel on the wires used for the turn signals.

I am at a loss as to what even check next. Any advice is apreciated. Do the turn signals have anything to do with the GEM? I recently had that down, and noticed that only 2 of 3 harnesses in the GEM appear to be connected, but i have no power anything, and a manual transmission. As far as i can tell from the very limited information i can find on the GEM, only my 4x4 and windsheild wipers are being controlled from there, so should not have any affect on the turn signals.
