Sun roof and back window issues

Out of nowhere my sunroof won't open. Sounds like it jams and maybe came off the track? Anyone know how to fix this yourself or how much it costs at the dealership.

Also went through a car wash and my back seat was covered with water. The two columns show water spots on the headliner and both were soaked at the corners. Would it work just to run silicone along the weather stripping or should I fully replace the stripping? I have the power sliding window but it doesn't seem to be coming from there.

Help!

Your sunroof most likely needs the tracks replaced. It is not a cheap repair if you take it to the dealer. You can DIY if you are mechanically inclined but it will require the headliner removed. As far as your leak there are two possibilities. The third brake light or the rear window. Third brake light is notorious for leaking. I would remove it and seal it properly with some butyl. If it is the window then it will need to be removed and resealed with butyl. Not too difficult but time consuming and messy.
