7.3 sputters after TS chip and removal

I just put a TS 6 pos. chip in my 95 f250 ran good only had a few tuning problems with tranny shift points. on my way home last night in 75 hp tune i noticed a lope idle and chuggs at 900 to 1200 rpm and when i get on the gas the truck runs like crap and pops. sounds like the 6.0 pop, pop. so i took the chip off and still have the problem. the truck has 162 k miles and oil change every 3 k and fuel additive with fill ups so idk about injectors being bad. replaced ipr, valvecover gaskets and wires 2 months ago. fuel press 65 idle. no codes. waiting on cylinder contribution test. i have extra cps laying around ill try but was wondering if anyone had this problem before and what it was. ill try to upload a vid of the pop sounds and chuggs. THanks

Sounds like the increased oil pressure may have took out some injector orings.
Have you ever changed the injector orings ?

I looked online and what not but does anyone know a good form or video on how test for bad orings. I heard oil in your fuel bowl? 7.3 are dead heads. and If one leaks wont it lower the oil pressure for the whole rail? any good ways to test

Check your filter. If it's black the orings are due

Running better when cold is one.

With engine warm and in Park or N mash the go pedal to the floor. If it revs to 15-1800 rpm then sputters for a second or two then climbs to 3k rpm that's bad orings
