Leaking coolant.

Leaking coolant.
Hey guys, I have a 2006 f250 6.0l diesel. I just replaced the egr valve plus egr cooler and I was going to flush the coolant. I was filling the truck with distilled water to do the flush when I noticed a leak under the truck. When looked to see where it was coming from it looks like it's coming from where the cylinder head meets the block on both sides in the back by the transmission. Is this a sign that the head gaskets are shot or did I forgot to tighten a hose or something stupid like that?

On the 6.0L fluid coming off the back on both sides normally means it's something in the valley. Could be:
* leaking blue hose at the EGR cooler to oil filter base connection
* leaking nipple cap on the oil filter base plate (the one the blue hose connects to)
* EGR cooler o-ring where it goes into the intake manifold
* the de-aeration hose from the intake to the degas bottle.
Head gaskets do not typically leak coolant externally like you describe on this engine.
