You need to get the code reading working first. As mentioned, at the minimum you should get Code 11.

Update: I was milling around the truck the other day. Still got no codes. But I noticed that the hose clamp that connects the gas line to the injector was broken. The hose was not coming off, but it was very loosely sliding along the fitting. I figured this could be causing air to get in the line for the rest of the lines look good. I got a hose clamp and tightened it up. Have had the truck out since for bout 30 mins of total driving and haven't even heard a sputter. Will continue to do short test drives to determine if this could have been the problem

This is the one i put on. As you can see the gose is now all the way on the fitting to the injector. There was a plastic one, almost like a zip tie on before but it was broken and the hose was sitting about a half inch lower(to the right) on the fitting.

You need something better than a worm gear hose clamp. There are fuel injected pressure rated clamps.

If that fixed your issue that means fuel eas spraying out the fractured clamp and/or hose.

Im not entirely ure that fixed it. ive since driven it another time (45 minutes total since the fix) and it still didn't stall. I will keep taking it on small trips and let everyone know if the problem persists.

I also recently replaced my fuel pump/filter on my '88 F350 and I'm having the exact same issue now. I also replaced my idle control valve and I'm investigating for vacuum leaks. Let me know if you find anything out and I'll do the same.

Have you check your MAP sensor or ICM?
