Bed Cover

They are probably a dealer installed accessory if still available. I noticed their disappearance from the order guide as well. Truxedo made the covers for Ford and I had planned on ordering mine separately anyway to save a few bucks. Only thing missing is the Ford embossed emblem in the vinyl. I got my last one from Amazon. 20 min install.

I cannot find any difference in my Truxedo than my buddies factory supplied, dealer installed, other than the embossed in the vinyl. This is the best roll up tonneau I have ever used. Supports are sewn into the cover. Frame is on top of the box so big items do not knock it kittywumpus or cause damage. Release is under the top so locking the tailgate provides protection from nosy miscreants and best of all, a quick broom and the snow is gone while the box is clean and dry. (I never have trouble with the velcro hold downs on the side, even in -10 deg weather.)

I'm looking at the Bakflip Revolver X2, the cover Ford had at the demo events (which looked a lot like the Revolver...but I'm told is made by Rev), or another Retrax Pro MX. I just hate losing the bed space to the can, even though that Retrax is bulletproof. Liking the Revolver more and more.

I have the Truxedo Lo Pro on mine. The rails stick up very little above the bed rails and it gives a nice sleek look.

The only spot the metal would be in contact is under the bed rail. A small piece of vinyl or rubber tape would eliminate any chance of contacts.
