Filled up the windshield washer tank this morning and could not get the sprayer to work. Looked under the truck and it looks like all I put in is on the drive. Any one else had issues with 2011 F-350 washer tanks?

Plastic will break....it is not a question of will it break but when will it break....best to get a new one instead of repair or used tank.

Any work done recently like replacing batteries?

Plastic will break but it hasn't happened for me yet in the 21 year old washer fluid reservoir in my '95, or the 17 year old one in my '99, or the five year old one in my '11.

In my '03 the reservoir froze solid one winter and took out the pump but still didn't and hasn't cracked the reservoir. That was nearly ten years ago.
