Ford F Autobahn 100+



Have not been here for a while, but guess it is about time to show my 54 F100 again. Those who remember me will see the same flat orange cab that I now have for more than 32 years ... everything else has all changed ...

A few details for those interested:

Totally rust free 1954 F100 from Texas which crossed the pond and made it to Germany approx. in 1978.

- No Limit Engineering Big10 Chassis
- Ridetech Coilovers all around
- Full floater 9" with Detroit True Track and 3.70 gears
- Wilwood 13" disks with 4-Piston light weight calipers all around
- OZ Racing 10x19 front / 12x20 rear wheels (not mounted on above photo) with Dunlop Sport Maxx Race rubber
- home built 347 SBF with Edelbrock FI and plenty of good parts
- Quick Time steel bell housing
- American Powertrain clutch
- Tremek T56 Magnum 6-Speed

Power King 138 on the valve covers - nice touch. Probably has 138 hp at idle now. Great looking build. Any plans for fender wells?

This is the drawing that I had made before I started the conversion ... I am pretty close with the real thing except for the yet to be done paint job on the bed ...

I have two sets of wheels ...<br/><br/>Front: 245s on 7.5x18 steelies or 285s on 10x19 OZ Racing




Rear: 255s on 7.5x18 or 305s on 12x20
