Factory fog light tabs and holes for cactus smasher?

Factory fog light tabs and holes for cactus smasher?
I have a '77 model style push bar and it has one pair of threaded holes on bottom of crosstube that look to be drilled and tapped. The '78 model I have has additional holes on the bottom of both tubes that appear to be punched and threaded. Also there are set of holes on each leg. Everything looks legit as far as not being modified. Were the light tabs the same? Does anyone have a tab I could buy for a pattern? Thanks for any help.

The one on my 77 has the same threaded holes on the top and bottom bar. The brackets were the same and you can mount them either way.
As in drop down or step up, all depends on your lights. I had 2 sets of those tabs...I have since sold one set and am using the other set.
Hope the pics help? The tabs should be easy for about any welding/fab shop to reproduce.
