'93 front shock lower bolt
I need new front shocks and purchased a couple and want to install them. I am unable to get the lower bolt to unscrew. I've tried WD-40, WD-40 rust release and Rust Buster and still no luck.
I can't cut it off as I've not found anywhere to purchase an identical replacement bolt and nut. I also don't have access to an air compressor or air wrench to 'pound' it off. Any suggestions as to where to buy a replacement bolt or in how to get it off intact would be appreciated.

without access to impact or heat you are in tough.
try soaking with penetrating fluid, give it a few good raps with a hammer ... repeat every now and then, then try loosening.
another method, which I have never tried, but a couple of people, whose opinion I trust in these matters, swear that heating the fastener (propane heat should be enough) then applying some wax and allowing it to wick into the threads, does a very good job.
another option would be to find a small shop that isn't going to hose you for an hours labour, and get them to break it free ... a reasonable charge would be $25 or so... but for that kind of money might be better put towards a good little compressor/impactgun/impact sockets.

93 what? (F?50, ?x4)
Is it the nut you can't get off?
Or the bolt out of the shock?
I don't know all the different configurations, however it is most likely not a special bolt and should be obtainable from your local parts house or hardware store.
If you can't get the nut off, you'll most likely not be able to get the bolt out of the shock as well, it may take a BFH and some serious effort to do so!
When you put it back together, cover the complete bolt (as if painted, except head) with Never-seize before assembly.
-Enjoy
