Ok took my truck to a local shop that has frame straightning equipment and they did a free inspection and did not see anything wrong with the frame or leafs or bushings and said everything looked to be as it should be,,,, just eyeballing it of course,,, and said for $80.00 they would put it on frame machine and do a full test ,,,, so now I think it is a bent axel housing for sure,,, anyone want to add their 2 cents here please ,,,,, could use a little more advice here,,, anyone ????????????????

I guess you could put an angle finder on each of the axle tubes to see if one is bent up more in relation to the diff housing. I don't know if the axle tubes are press fit or welded. If they are press fit I guess it could move with a really bad impact.
