04 explorer shift issue

I have an 04 explorer 4.6 5r55s 117,000 miles. No tc lock up. With several codes. I changes filter and fluid. Fluid was clean and bright red when changed. No metal in pan or magnet.
Did a line pressure test at idle
. And was low.
Results are:
P-10psi
N- 10psi
R-125psi
D- 10psi
3-10psi
2-20psi
1-20psi
Also did a wet test on vb and no leaks where present. Do you think it is the code for pressure solenoid "A" or is that just tripped from low line pressure?

Update: Ok now I have done a pressure test and only have 30 psi in all gears except reverse I have 150psi, also ohm tested and electronically tested solenoid pack. Cleaned and cleaned bushings. Also wet air tested vb and no leaks. New filter and fluid. Also checked and adjusted bands. Does anyone think it could be the servo bores? Is there a way too test them?
