Best/least expensive place to get B/V code springs?
In my quest to stop the terrible sway/wandering problem while towing my camper with my 2005 V10 4wd. It seems that the B/V code spring swap has been effective for many to eliminate the rear steer/sway issues. I have the Hellwig bar, and a Reese Dual cam hitch, which is properly set up- but suffer from "push/pull" of passing trucks and fast moving cars. It's very frustrating!
I'm wondering what the most economical/effective way would be to upgrade my springs? There are not a lot of 4x4 shops in my neck of the woods (suburban Philadelphia). I can install myself, just looking for parts.
Thanks in advance!

What part of the Philly burbs are you in? I'm in Media Delaware County.
I got super lucky with a coworker gifting me a set of 20k mile takeoff X/B codes for my rig. ATS spring shop is up around Bensalem (or that neck of the woods), their guy Junior is active here as a site sponsor and has hooked lots of EX folks up with new springs. His prices run cheaper than Fords.
EDIT: and Mark types faster than me!

Wagging the dog. Not terrible when not towing, but I really only do short around town trips when not towing, so it may not be a fair comparison. I do not experience body roll.

I also sent a message to the place in Souderton.
Thanks

If it only does it while you are towing then the issue would be the way the trailer is loaded or the hitch setup. If it does it without the trailer then it could be anything from a bent rim, bent axle or worn bushing. It is highly unlikely your springs are causing the wag.

Can you post up your front and rear measurements from the center of the axle to the fender lip ?
Also, what is the condition of your front and rear bump stops ? Pics would be helpful

When driving around town it's just sloppy feeling, and seems to require a lot of steering input/correction.
The front end checked out fine when I had it checked about a month ago.
Bump stops look fine and wheels are situated evenly in wheel arches.
I'd like to stiffen it up a bit, hence the request for spring sources. It seems the Ex has a nasty reputation for poor towing manners in stock form. It seems that people have had success switching to F250 springs and resolving those issues. Wish I'd known that before I bought it several months ago. It's great in terms of power, but is terrible in the handling department when towing.

I should have been more clear. The Ex seems to have some sloppiness is the steering all the time, not just when towing. When towing, it gets pushed around a lot by passing traffic, especially trucks/semis.

Size?
Rating?
What is the length of the camper/TT? Weight?
What are you using for a hitch? WDH?
Possibly other issues before springs. Alignment could be a cause of wander.

Tires are LT 265/75R16 E load range Firestone Transforce HT. I run rears at 80lb and fronts at 70 when towing. Trailer is 26', about 6k loaded. I use a Reese Dual cam weight distributing hitch.
