About a block and a half from the house, it died while driving. Had heard some noise coming from rear drivers side maybe 20 minutes prior, and assumed it was the fuel pump. Another gentleman who helped push me home, guessed the same thing after banging on it while trying to restart it.

So, I have put a new fuel pump, filter, and relay. Will crank, but not turn over.

Next step was carburetor fluid in throttle while starting, still wouldn't turn over.

Help please!

 

No engine light/codes?

Have you tried to measure voltage at the fuel pump?

 

No engine light/codes.

No meter to test voltage at fuel pump.

 

Then you might as well use a crystal ball.

Get the right tool and do the diagnostic work.

 

For S and G's, check the inertia switch located behind the passengers side kick panel.
There should be access without removing the cover.



As pointed out, you really need proper tools to accurately and properly diagnose the issue.

 

Since it wouldn't fire with "carburetor fluid in throttle while starting", it's not a fuel delivery issue, it's probably a spark issue.
