We had some pretty severe thunderstorms yesterday, the sky was like midnight and bolts of lightning striking right overhead repeatedly, one storm after another..

It was kind of neat to watch and somewhat scary too because there looked to be some funnel clouds coming down at one point..

We don't get twisters too often here but do from time to time, had a couple Americans from Arkansas killed by one here several years ago about 14 miles south of me..

The entire are was pitch black .. Work had their own generator so it was still open.. They gave us gas so we could get back and forth to work.. The gas stations had no power so we could not get gas there..
