This is a combo roller gate, fortress style fence and gate. Its only going to be used for a year and gets replaced with a garage. The gate is be being used for the fifth time and so far I've only spent $10 for 2 bags of quickcrete. I build a lot with screws so they're basically free. Once this thing is done or at least close to it, I get back on the common fence between the houses.
