Good Evening Everyone.
I'm having to cancel my trip to see my brother in Hanford until later this year. In a way it is better. The weather will be cooler. We are hot enough here but without the humidity.
Finally have a few days to relax & rest. I'm grateful for that. I just can't run the road like I use to.
The wife is getting stronger & less pain each day. So that is positive. She still has 3 weeks before she has to start the new school year. She said she will be ready to return. So life goes on with its ups & downs.

 

Good to hear your wife is improving. That is always good news!

Morning everyone.

Pat, thanks for the care package. I haven't done much with it yet. I did however, put the horn button and spring on. It looks much better than a bearing cap.
I attached a jumper at the rag joint to connect the circuit. The horn sounded for the first time in who knows how many years.

It only sounded once, and has not sounded again. It was too hot to mess with it. I wonder if it scared the relay, and killed it from the shock of hearing the horn.

 

Good Afternoon Everyone. Thanks Jim, Yea real good news. Each day little improvements. We are grateful for that. They are talking about transfering her to the hospital rehab center. So that is good.

I'm hoping to go to church & then have a gtg with Craig & his wife while he's in Carson City. After that...who knows? Jimmy did say that he wanted to check out a couple yard sales & get the pool set up, so I guess we'll see what transpires.

Thank You so much for coming to see Vici & I at the hospital. It meant a lot to both of us. After the news we both got you just don't know how much yours & your daughters visit meant to us both. Tommy sure made a friend. I think he was telling you how much your visit meant.
