Morning folks and happy Thursday. Saying we might get some gusty storms today but the skies sure don't look that way right now...

 

Good morning PA, welcome to Thursday! Looks like we'll hit the century mark today. Last day on, though, I'm off to Colorado with the family tomorrow.

 

Morning Pat. Next week's supposed to get there for us. Right in time for the Rally in the Valley show in Maryland...lol.

 

Should be driving out of the humidity around 10:30-11 tomorrow morning.

 

There ya go. Should make the trip a bit more tolerable.

 

I just wish the wife would let me drive with the windows open, but, that's not happening! Looking forward to the trip, should be a good time.

 

Morning Bill, Pat, Denny and everyone that stops by. Forecast says we may see some scattered rain/storms between 4 and 6 tomorrow morning and then nothing really until Monday.

 

Howdy Neil. Even though we could use the rain, counting on some daylight hours of no rain at least so that I can get a bunch of painting done outside. Windows need repainted on the house, may as well get as much of that done as I can, at least the low ones. Was going to call in someone, but, I have the paint and I can do it cheaper myself even though I hate doing it.

Pat - the AC in my crew cab works perfectly, but I barely use it lol.

 

Morning Bill, I can appreciate your request of no rain when you are looking at doing outside painting on the house.

I have been meaning to ask....do you still have the Expedition? I have not seen you say anything about it in awhile and was curious.

 

Morning Neil! Bill, same here, the only time I use the AC is when the wife is with me. I may have to replace the compressor, though, I think it has a leak.

Pat - I might be looking at that kind of situation for the Bull. The AC in it doesn't work like it did...Matt recharged it for me a couple years ago but it seems dead again. Only reason I care is it helps keep the amps for the stereo cool and working right.

Neil - I do have it still, but haven't run it in a while. Debating what the future holds there. I love driving the two pickups, but I know that it'd be nice that as I dig further into projects to have a "third option" sitting around just in case. I got an offer from my mechanic to trade him straight up on an F150 SuperCrew he has sitting around (same generation as the Bull)...tempting...

 

That is a tempting offer Bill and you are right, it would be nice to have that third option if needed.
