Hey Steve, thanks for stopping by. How have I been doing??? Well here is the Cliff Note version....spent about 3 months in a hospital and a rehab facility to have a couple of pressure ulcers taken care of on both heels. Also had a bone infection of my left heel bone than needed to be treated, had to rebuild all of my strength and regain my sense of balance after being in bed for about 4 weeks. Also had to relearn to walk wearing some special weight off loading shoes to keep the pressure off of the heels. Spent 3 weeks at home adjusting to "normal" life and to recover. I have been back to work for 3 weeks. I think that covers most of it....lol.

BTW, I feel great after getting things taken care of and dropping 125 pounds since the beginning of March.
