52 F3 Uni-Servo Front Brake Question

Finally get my truck running good and the brakes fail. Got the fronts apart and I'm fortunate that they are not too bad looking at all. I don't need anything except hoses and repair or replace the leaking wheel cylinders.

The wheel cylinders only have one piston. Anybody have a source for these or a kit? Everything I look up online shows a wheel cylinder with two pistons.

I'll probably reseal or replace the master cylinder too. It looks rusty inside. The rear brakes are all new 72 F-250's. May as well have a fresh stock system until I decide to do a disc conversion at a later date. I NEED to use the truck.

Chuck is a great resource because he'll not only have the parts, and know to include bits that won't be so obvious, but will be able to offer expert guidance where needed. Stu

I googled the Wagner numbers on the wheel cylinders and master cylinder and cross referenced to other brands.

They are good numbers but, some places say they do not fit my truck in the fit guide. Other fit guides say they do. Specs show I have the right part numbers.

I'll check Chuck's price and availability and local places too. I found good prices online but, I'd have to wait for them to ship.

I was surprised to find what looks like pretty new parts. All clean, good shoes and drums, wheel bearing grease looked fresh. Even the springs still had paint on them. The adjusters turn freely and the drum mounting screws actually turn.

Passenger front was leaking. Wheel cylinders looked clean on outside. Guess the PO didn't flush the fluid in quite a while. I did when I got the truck but, the damage was done.

Making some calls for parts right now. Thanks!
