Well that was an expensive phone call, but insurance and every known issue at my mileage should be taken care of in short order. Ed is a fantastic guy to deal with. Thank you for your time and knowledge, and my wife said that she will kill you if you upsold me a bunch of stuff I don't need! Lol. I'll post results as soon as I have them! Thank you to everyone who provided insight and advice

Not happy right now. Had to leave the excursion at home because after all the work and money I just put into this thing I couldn't build more than 75psi after 15 secs worth of cranking. Unplugged the ICP (after going through the air purge process after repair) and still wouldn't kick over. Had to leave so it's sitting at home with about $2500 in new parts fully installed and not running. Not a real happy person right now. And it was an adrenaline pump that was installed along with new stand pipes, gaskets, resealed injectors and a bunch of other work. Any ideas?

Flo, that's not enough crank time. Charge your batteries fully and leave the charger on while you crank. Crank 30 seconds rest 30 seconds, crank 30 seconds rest 45 seconds. You may have to do that 5 or more times especially if you didn't prime the pump by pouring oil down the oil filter tube when re filling. Keep those batteries charged!!

I'm certain I was over three minutes of actual cranking. But had to stop so we could pack the van, 4 kids with all their stuff for a 10 hour drive and a week away takes a little bit of packing finesse when we were planning on the excursion and ended up in the town and country. It all worked out but we had to get on the road, so the focus got shifted.

Well I'm back from vacation. Still no luck on the truck. With ICP unplugged goes up to 1550psi. With it plugged in I was only getting 75psi. Have a total cranking time (with FICM relay unplugged) of over 5 minutes now. Getting low pressure oil and filter housing is filling fine. Still no fire with relay installed and doesn't even sound like it is trying to catch. Getting ready to tear the truck back apart just to make sure everything is connected properly. Any ideas, I have an edge insight CTS for live reading.

with it unplugged its using a default value. The ICP reading of 75psi is probably what it is actually making.... if it had enough to make it run, it would.
Check the dummy plugs and stand pipes, then put the ICP back into the hole and crank the truck. Did you do the nipple cups or injector seals?

Just to update, the day after it was towed to the shop they called and said they had torn everything apart, there was no high pressure leaks anywhere they had found, the pumps (old and new) bench tested out fine and they had more digging to do. This shop always replaced early intakes with '05 and up to make future work easier. Haven't heard anything else from them but hoping to soon. We shall see what happens.

You could only make 75psi and they cant find a Leak
Maybe they should POP the Hood up LOL
Should be an easy leak to find unless there injecting air in the IPR location and its the IPR blown out and IDK if that location is possible it would trake a special fitting to do at the IPR and it wouldn't be the normal spot to inject air
Did the IPR have a Blown screen when you changed the screen
