Can anyone point me in the right direction for the correct reamer I need to ream out the stock Excursion Pitman arm? Doing a Dana60 swap and keeping the stock box. Hopefully one I can find one easy to use for this weekend.

What Dana 60 are you using that does not use the standard 1.5" per foot taper that ford & Chevy TRE's use ?

the Dana 50 in your excursion uses the same TRE's as a super duty Dana 60

Here is a reamer since that is what you asked for, I am just not sure why you need it.

Through my research the pitman arm on the Excursion will not work with any 05 and up Superduty Dana60, needs to be reamed out.

I did find out I need a 1.5" per ft. reamer

 

Hmmmm, that sounds suspect to me.

Do you happen to have a link to the page with this info ?
Also can you post a pic of the steering tie rod and drag link from the 60 you plan to swap in ?

Where I am going with this is can you not just use the TRE at the pitman arm from your excursion ?
