Clunking noise when over 60 ish. Front driver side

Got a 04' navi 4wd 230k on the dash.

I've got a clunking noise when over 60-65. Mainly when hitting bumps, even small bumps. Does not seem like in anything rotating (don't speed up when accelerating).
I've converting to springs a couple years ago as well.
I've replaced both away bar links alread as well last month. Still didn't fix it. Thought it could be upper ball joint. Tried everything I know to check ball joint. Doesn't seem to be loose. I've also thought when you feel a bad ball joint it's too late and usually breaks.
Any ideas?

A-arm bushings? Cab bushings? Shocks? You could try one at a time spraying things with wd40 and see if there's any change.

A arm has bushings where it mounts to the frame. The shocks, strut, whatever, should have a mount on top. How about bouncing the truck hard while parked abs seeing if you can duplicate it?

The weird thing is, that it won't do it under 60 miles an hour
I've tried to hit bumps going slow it won't do it.
I've also tried bouncing it.

Have you ruled out something loose and the air current at 60mph is causing this?

No but if the road is smooth I don't feel it. But even small bumps in the road you can hear it and feel in the floorboard.
I notice a little bit of grease or something around the axle boot, but could be a little oil maybe.

I haven't looked at that. Should I be able to tell by looking how they are?

Cv axle going south perhaps. I've seen my share of them cause vibrating at speed.

Only if they are obviously over-worn. It doesn't take much wear for them to clunk. If you replace them keep in mind there are 2 different diameter sway bars available so you'll want to measure that before ordering.

Is this something I can inspect to determine or just a replace and see if it helps?

Thanks I may give that a shot, one of the sway bar links were broke several months back when I replaced them, being broke may have caused more wear on the bushings.

Ok to add more info to this since it still is having same problem.
I've noticed that it has a **** to place in 4wd. The **** has now a couple times moved by itself and will be in 4wd high. The **** is also in a weird position. Instead of the **** point directly at 2wd or 4wd it is turned counterclockwise about a 1/4 of a turn. Does it sounds like maybe axle or 4wd issue??

Sounds more like a bad selector switch issue. If the switch is faulty and sending mixed signals, then that might explain the clunk noise.
