drill them out and use a thread sert but it will cost money

or if you know a tig welder, they might be able to get a washer then a nut welded on to try again

Get a large washer like a fender washer and have the hole the same diameter as the bolt. Weld that sucker on (MIG is fine, no reason for TIG), then weld a large nut on the washer (reason for fender washer). When that cools give a turn, slowly back and forth. This trick works almost every time. I can't remember last time we tried using EZ out.

If you can get the broken bolts out, I recommend using studs. Even if you have to cut the threads off of bolts, those stupid bolts on that housing are a pain. Thread studs into the water pump with a little JB, and let it set up. Then use nuts and lock washers on top, and never worry about bolts sticking in there again.

I thought you could drill these out and use bolts from below, or is it just the 1 front left that you can do that too??

Acetone and ATF 50 50 mix and put it on there over night to penetrate the threads before you use the EZ OUT

Buy another water pump, less down time and you will have a brand new pump.
