Looking to build my 94 f150 5.8

I bought a 94 f150 351w about a year ago and i was looking for a good set of heads . I do not wanna go with gt40 heads was looking into aftermarket aluminum heads what heads can you guys recommend

The cylinder heads(and intake) have to flow well enough to make the power you want, so how much power do you want? You can get quality heads from Dart, AFR, Trickflow, and even Chevybrock.. I mean Edelbrock, but the specific model depends upon your goals.

Looking for max tq at lower rpms id like around 500tq was looking at the Edelbrock truck performer intake but didnt know what heads i should look for

You will need a stroker kit to kit that torque number.

And probably not with that intake unless you run some sort of forced induction.

500 ft/lb of torque at the crank or the rear wheels?
