after ten years

well after eleven ISH years of ownership i am sad to say that doing nothing buy oil changes has finialy taken a tool on my EX ..

so last week i droped WAY to much $$$ on tires, upper and lower ball joints, breaks, steering box, Pittman arm and balljoint,
up next is getting my LACK of power issue sorted out, and if it is what i thingk it is, then im going to do a few upgrades,
it does suck but its also nice to finialy be able to do this to the EX ...

ok now who needs a new water heater dad needs new injectors and a turbo and suspension

( im a plumber)

Holy Smokes. I didn't realize that a water heater would cost as much as injectors, turbo and suspension.

I should have been a plumber

I was gonna joke and say, not for a water heater install, but for a re-pipe with Pex, I'm game!

But then I realized with all my problems, I'd have to pay someone to do the reciprocal work on your truck, so it's a wash, LOL!

This is exactly why I don't care about mileage or age on a vehicle, if it's been taken care of properly it'll be a prime candidate over a garage queen who's zerks have never seen a grease gun.

What kind of upgrades are you looking at doing? Mine as well since most of them cost a marginal bit over stock replacements, especially if you have friends in the right places. I happen to get a massive discount from most manufacturers, soooooo (PM's for that business). That may or may not be why I got some stage 3 hybrids in lieu of stock replacements a few years ago.

well in two weeks i did one water heater a day ( whoot whoot) and they were all on a squese in basis on top of the other 6 calls that were scheduled for each day lol.. ok now to figure out why my truck has no power .. and see what we can do to fix it .. also i still hav a smidgen of play left in the steering .. i think there is one item they missed on the front end .. BLLLAAAHHH so anoied .. once i know whats up with the low power ill figure out the upgrades from there.. not looking for tons of power .. but something in the 350-450hp with about 600-800 lbftq would be nice or more .. lol

You'll be looking at a good bit of stuff for those power figures unfortunately. I'm a little past there and it wasn't cheap by any stretch

Pfff, keep it at or under 4psi on launch and it'll hook with similar upgrades.
