Hybrids vs Stage 1s
I have a 1995 F350 CCLB that I want to eventually upgrade the injectors on and was wondering what y'all's opinions are on the pros and cons of stage 1 vs hybrids... My goal is 300-375 hp but I wouldn't mind having the option of if I decide to go bigger and do the supporting mods of just sending a chip off to be retuned. I also would like the best setup for mpg... I guess a big thing that I'm looking at is which injector is going to be the most fuel efficient.

So far I have done: cold air intake, Banks Monster exhaust (3" dp to 4"). I am about to: rebuild/upgrade the turbo with 360* copper thrust bearing, WW2, and 1.0 a/r exhaust housing with ebpv delete; install t500; and do a fuel bowl reseal. I do not have gauges yet just doing everything a little bit at a time. It has a manual transmission.I bought the truck last September for $2800, it wasn't running very well when I got it but I have gradually been fixing everything and am starting to do some upgrades.

If you can develop a goal in mind and stick to it . These are a good platform but if you aren't careful can get very expensive. Buying parts multiple times will kill your budjet.
For 350hp or so towing those stage ones should be great.
If you want more POWA bs honest and plan for t4 kit and more fuel. Buying stage ones then deciding you want more POWA will kill budjet. Make sure turbo takes into consideration up pipes. They may be fine now but they WILL wear out. That 600$ goes a good ways to a t4 kit.

About what should I be seeing with them though with reasonable driving? Currently with stock injectors intake and exhaust I'm seeing anywhere from 10-13... I know I should be getting better than that. I try to keep it under 2,000 rpm but that just doesn't work out too well with 4.10s... Hopefully I'll be swapping with a 3.55 soon.

Do the 1.5s with proper tuning but it's going to be just a matter of time for the turbo IF you push it hard often.
At the end of the day make your plan and stick to it. Do 1.5s but if it were me I thing stage 2s and a s369 would be pretty sweet to tow with.

I tow quite a bit but nothing too heavy... Max so far of 10,000#-12,000#. Most of the time I'm just using it to and from work, picking up stuff in the bed, and carrying my tools around the ranch and at work.

IMO the stock turbo suxs for pretty much anything other then stock. Can you run it , yes. Is it ideal, not IMO. Yea you can waste your money on housings and wheels to make yourself feel better. At the end of the day it's just a polished turd.
