80' 2wd f100 front end rubbing sound

so i have been annoyed for a few months ever since i replaced the rotors/ceramic brake pads/calipers/wheel bearings on the front of my truck. the sound only pops up when pulling into a parking spot and the steering wheel is turned pretty far. the sound doesnt stop until the wheel is straightened back up. i just pulled the font apart and replaced the bearings again (since they are cheap and i have a bearing packer) but the sounds are back. to me, it almost sounds like the dust cover is rubbing on the rotor when the wheel is being turned.

does anybody know what i did wrong? or even guesses would be appreciated.

Do you have the same rims? I have seen the wheel weights rub on different spots under there also. Check your balancing weights and see if they have been rubbing somewhere.
