Horn Issue, Blown Fuse

I bought THIS horn and put it in today. Honked it and it worked fine. Honked it again, worked then died. Fuse was blown. I replaced the fuse and it did the same thing. I only removed one of the horns, keeping one original and adding this one. Is the polarity on the horn? The paperwork I got with the horn says there is not. I removed the new horn, replaced the fuse and the old single horn works (sounds like a tricycle, but works without blowing a fuse). Do I need to remove the other OEM horn as well? Anyone have any ideas?

Started digging around a little and testing amps, the new horn was drawing about the same alone as the two OEM ones were. I pulled both OEM horns and just hooked up the new one and all is well. It's about as loud and the two OEM horns and a lot lower, no more prius horn.
