Newest addition to the ford family

hey everyone first time posting and thought I would share my latest purchase. A coworker of mine wanted it gone so I picked it up for $50 bucks. It needed fuel pumps for both tanks, missing the tail gate and the paint is trashed but the Interior is immaculate. I got the new pumps in and engine runs amazing but you can tell it needs a tune up so I got new plugs, wires, and all new filters before I start driving it around. I started getting rid of the rust but the bed and fenders and hood we'll be getting replaced with glass as I kind of want to make a prerunner out of it but not sure just yet. So well see if it has any grimmlins over the next few days.

Welcome. Can't beat that price. There's a great freedom with an old pick up truck. Make sure to go over the brakes before driving too. Kinda important to make sure it will stop afetr you get it to go.

As much as I would like to keep the truck, it has a electrical gremlin with the dash lights and parking lights. Every time I turn on the headlight switch, the headlights just turn on and the radio light goes off. I put a new connector and headlight switch, checked and replaced all the fuses and still have time same problem. If no one buys it for what I paid for it I'll just junk it. It's a nice truck, runs like a dream but I'm not the what with electrical problems
