99 ford f250 diesel

Just need a little help. I have a ford f250 99 turbo diesel and when I turn it turns in the opposite direction. Someone said it could be gear box or bearing or uni hub but I don't know. What do y'all think ?

You turn the steering wheel to the right and the tires turn to the left? Is that what you are saying?

I've never heard of this! How's that even possible? Did someone mount the steering box upside down?

I guess that can happen if the wrong steering gear box is installed.
