new cps -ford
new ipr
new ipc
new valve covers/ & pigtails
hopp full
new glow plugs / & relay
two new 1000 cca batteries
new injector O-rings

cranks really fast--no smoke -no start
its the short bus there is no tachometer

After all of that how long did you crank it?

It can take five tries of one minute crank and rest 10 to rid the air.

Also can you blow down both lines with air to test for blockage in the lines?

there is a wire conecter on the passenger side of the fuel bowl---- what does that do

sorry Joe, i got tied up with moving equipment.
general consensus is no power going to the computer, or a bad computer.
i don't remember if the wait to start light comes on, i did not look up on the dash when i plugged it in.
if the WTS light is not coming on, it is either no power, or bad computer.
if you are adventurous, you could try putting the van computer in the 97 and see if the 97 starts.
