I added signal paddle mirrors on my 2000 Ex. I found the left and right turn signal wires under the dash. The mirror led signal arrows light up but they do not blink. Do I need a separate relay or am I just missing something here? I did a search about adding mirrors and extra wires but nothing is mentioned anywhere about the blink/no blink remedy. Thanks for any assist you might be able to give me.

 

I added the 08 style mirrors to my 2000 EX, and they blink just fine. Suspect you didn't get the right wires.

 

Put a set on my 2001 yesterday with the heat and turn signals also blink fine: I did pick up two connectors off a scrap yard Ex Made wiring a lot easier Got the idea from a post on here Thanks
