Less boost after SPX Turbo Wheel

So I have been having all types of problems with my truck but it's finally running again. I replaced the manifolds and EBP sensor, which created proper amount of boost and blew a seal in my turbo causing me to lose about 3 quarts of oil in 15 minutes. I rebuild the turbo and put an SPX wheel in it as that's what you guys recommended from SPturboost.com. Before I could get about 15 psi without much problem, just stick my foot in it. Now I have to stick my foot in and leave it there for a bit longer before it builds up to 10, it seems like it's happier at around 10-12 psi. It is the 5+5 blade design, like the OEM wheel. The original wheel looked like the blades have been worn down and out of square from the last. 248K that it has been through. Does this make any sense to you guys? On the website they claim this wheel gives an extra 4-7 psi.

You have a boost leak, mine spools quick with the SPX, the OEM one took longer cant, say how much difference boost was as my old boost gauge read to 25psi.

Make one of these to find you leaks.
Intake side:
Put it on the turbo, pump air in and spray all the turbo and plenums with soapy water
Exhaust side:
Put in on tailpipe and spray all exhaust connections

Did you reseal the compressor housing with a new O ring or did you use sealant?
