Does anybody know a better way to check for a cracked injector nozzle without pulling every injector individually? Or a way to at least point me in the right direction? It's a 1996 7.3 in an f350 Thanks

He has either s cracked nozzle are sn injector hanging open. He has a steady stream of white smoke that smells like raw fuel and unplugging them one at a time doesn't get rid of it. OP Its best to keep to keep a issue to one thread.
I had a cracked nozzle and didn't even know it until Jim had them on his flow bench how bad they really were. IMO you will not be able to do anything but beat your head against a wall until you bite the bullet and have someone who knows something look into them.

In his other thread I explain to him to call Jim and he would point him in the right direction
Yeah I'm gonna take her to a shop here in Slidell soon as I get paid to get a full diagnostics.the ole ladies gonna kill me though haha. Y'all are right
Good luck with that. Lots of shops say they know everything about a 7.3 . Most probably couldn't point them out in a pile full of 6 cylinders. I agree with most on here. Call Jim at rosewood and discuss it with him.
