Each vave cover has two plugs going to it.
Unplug one then start the truck to see if smoke goes away. If it doesn't shut it off plug that one back in and move to the next till the smoke goes away. After you find what bank is causing it smoke then you can pull the valve cove and unplug the injectors one at a time til you find what cylinder is smoking.

the plugs will get oil on them, if no change on removing them connectors one at a time and revving engine and still getting smoke, you might have an injector that is dumping fuel too much
finding out which one requires a known good one and lots of swapping injectors unless you have two bad ones.
