Fuel Leak

Fuel Leak
Hello, I'm new to this forum so please excuses an ignorance.
I have a 97 Ford F-250 with the 7.3 diesel. I currently have a diesel leak that is very slow if at all when the truck is off but drips pretty well when the truck is on. The engine vally fills up with diesel and the runs down and drips and the front of my transmission. I checked the 3 blue lines and the one black line. All seem to be okay as far as I can tell. I think the fuel pump is leaking but it could be the water drain valve.
All that being said is there a way to troubleshoot and know for sure which place it is leaking from? I can't see any dripping from the pump but it appears to fill up the vally right underneath it first and there is a little diesel splatter underneath the pump as well when the truck is running. I don't know if the diesel is splattering from the vibration on the engine or if it's leaking there.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
