06 f250 - Shifting Issues

My truck just started to have issues with the gear shift. The gear shift seems very loose now and it is having trouble getting back into the park position. Any idea if this is a larger transmission issue, or is possibly a failing part on the actual shift mechanism? Thanks.

That's the problem. In the video he says you need a T3 Torx. That's a misstatement. It's a T30.
