Hydro boost leaking pics tool modification

We'll time for either a new pump or high pressure line

It's leaking more now it always had a hanging drip but nothing serious never added more then a little fluid here and there for years

But now it's leaving a few drops on the driveway

So I was trying to find part numbers no success

But I did find a TSB FOR 05-06 trucks stating to replace the high pressure line and not to attempt to tighten the fitting but not sure this applies to 03 since TSB was for 05-06

So I'm going to try and pinpoint the leak tommorrow hoping it's just the line not a pump

Anyone have part numbers for either or both for 03

There's not much info I can find searching and didn't see anything in tech folder

I've been messing with my hydro-boost over the past few months. I think your lines use the o-rings like mine and not the white teflon washer. After removing it a few times I noticed the back line was leaking even after putting new o-rings on it. There is a sweet spot (not too tight and not too loose) you have to find. Mine started leaking inside the cab from taking it apart too many times so I ended up finding a used one on ebay for around $80 from a wrecked 2004 truck with only 100,000 miles on it. I put a new o-ring on the same line and tightened everything up and now no leaks. Try this part number.. 2C34-2B560-BB. I have the rebuild kits from Pirate Jack for the hydro-boost, so one of these weekends I want to replace all the seals in the original one just for fun plus I'll have a spare. What ever you do don't get a rebuilt one from A1-Cardone... they spray paint the whole thing black including the bolts and the little plugs protecting the fitting holes. The paint flakes off if you aren't careful and falls inside the fitting holes which isn't hard to do. I installed one and it didn't work right so I ended up sending it back, the pedal was too soft.

Edit: This is where I found the hydro-boost on ebay
This truck has less than 100,000 miles on it.

No, the kit only has the parts for the hydroboost unit. I bought an oring kit off Amazon and used one for the end that connects to the hydroboost.. I look for it and post the link later.

Benny if you have something else to drive take the problem to a
hydraulic shop and they should be able to get you the correct O-ring.

Benny can you post me a photo of the fitting with something in it
that I can use for position reference. Then I'll go out and take a
look see and find a size if I can.

Did you take the Pulley Off and the Lower radiator hose off

I thought I was going to slip in there with a crows foot but I would have to grind the crows foot a lot
