Any ideas when and where?

 

That's a good question. I was kind of thinking Detroit Lake as it is pretty central for most of us on the West Side and we might even get Mr. Wilson out from behind the fence and out of the backyard. I'm just not sure how much water is going to be in the Lake or for how long. It is already started down.


If I can get the Warden back to good health we are supposed to go to Diamond Lake for 2 weeks on June 28th. That's a long ways away, too far for a GTG, but should someone happen to be in the area, feel more than free to stop by.....23 foot boat, trout fishing or.......Crater Lake National Park "cruise".

Detroit Lake would work for me. Not as close for those out on the coast.

 

Things are getting busy at work, so anything with much driving time I can't do until after Labor Day.

 

There doesn't seem to be many good places to meet up west of I-5 except for right on the coast, which is fine with me. A BBQ at a nice park or a lake with some decent bank fishing access would be good.
