Any one ever use a Suicide Steering Knob?

Haha, this made me laugh. My first car was a bench seat, and while it wasn't too many years ago she did the shifting, but it isn't called Necking nowadays. My Exploder I have now has that darn center console that gets in the way!!! I feel I was born in the wrong era, I would love to have been around in the 50's and 60's, going "steady", drive in movies, ect...

Cory, you mention Drive In Movies (known as the "Passion Pit"). Yep, Wed night was Buck Night, a whole car load for a dollar. On other nights we might put a couple of guys in the trunk if they had no coins to get in. From 16 to 19 I delivered Dry Cleaning for my parents with an International Metro Mite. Took the the Metro on one Wed Buck Nite, they didn't want to let us in, said we'd block others view. Told em I'd park in the back row and would be no trouble. They let us in and many other times too.

Feedback on Johnnylawsmotors.com *****, totally not worth the $49 + shipping. The adapter for the steering wheel was over a half inch too big, the quality of the **** was a 6 out of 10 but the shipping time was good. I hate to be negative, I would not recommend purchasing one. Lesson learned by me.

My dad uses one on his 62 F350 and wouldn't drive without it. I broke down and got one for my 73 and now I too am hooked. My steering box is so worn that my steering wheel never resets to the same spot so sometimes it ends up in a different spot all the time, but it makes maneuvering much easier for me.
