1953 f100 215 six circuit breaker wiring

I've been studiously going over all the wire requirements before placing my order for some fresh new "vintage " cloth covered wire. It looks like the two circuit breakers (15 amp & 30 amp) only protect the lighting circuits. I am assuming that the heater fan motor and the windshield wiper circuits tap off the "accessory" terminal on the ignition switch. As far as I can tell, the "accessory" terminal gets its juice from the battery without passing through the circuit breaker. Is my understanding correct? For those electric uses that draw from the "accessory" terminal, I'm thinking that if I provide inline fuses to them, I should be okay.
P.S. I'm attempting a stock wiring restoration.

My heater switch has an inline fuse. I can't remember if anything else does in my 54.
