Thanks. I need the wheel trim for My long stone driveway to prevent paint chips. The two tone paint was the best way to get the wheel trim.

I may be one of the few ordering the short bed (160") - the extra 16" is a little more challenging to drive in SoCal but 160" should be just right ;-)

I can't imagine going shorter than an 8 foot bed. It's inconceivable.

Some (appears like a lot actually) people have to compensate some way

I find the worst of the driveway stones don't come out of the tread until about 50MPH. Then it's like bullets hitting the underside of the truck.

No doubt! All those buying anything less than an 8' foot bed (standard length during my entire childhood) are compensating for an inability to drive. They need a shorter wheelbase to be able to park.

No place for the front license plate? Still just tacked on the outside of the bumper and looking ugly.

And then there are many who are buying a tow vehicle for their family recreational vehicle. No matter how good you are at parking every inch counts when accessing campground sites. 8 footers are not needed to pull a boat. And then others who really do not need a full length bed and are looking forward to enjoying a fine luxury mode of transportation and an occasional trip to the garden store or home center. Now if we want to talk about useless, don't forget the Ranchero and ElCamino. I will always have an 8' box but I understand others for which it is not a requirement.
